The Project Manager is responsible for outstanding quality of service to each client through assertive enforcement of defined standards of performance for Team Nation Human Directionals.
The Project Manager may assist in hiring, training, motivating and persistently re-training Human Directionals to ensure total client satisfaction and the safety and welfare of all Human Directionals.

Manages: Human Directionals
Duties & Responsibilities:
>Ensure the safety and physical welfare of Human Directionals, as well as compliance with all local codes relating to activity of Human Directionals.
>Actively monitor performance of all Human Directionals by driving from one location to another (up to 10 locations per day) with multiple drive-by checks per four- to five-hour shift.
>Visit each client at least once per day at each location being served to determine whether the client is achieving desired results in terms of traffic generation and whether the Media Nation Human Directional is meeting the client expectations.
>Coach and take corrective action as Human Directional behaviors are observed that require attention or correction, up to and including immediate dismissal and replacement of Human Directionals that are non-compliant.
>May be required to fill in for a Human Directional should we need to dismiss a Human Directional for failure to comply with company standards.
>Take photos of Human Directionals during each shift to substantiate compliance and presence at the designated sites. Transfer photos each day to Area Manager.
>Communicate proactively with Area Manager regarding developing issues or challenges.
>Complete all required paperwork and reporting, whether by phone or e-mail.
>Report issues and/or actions taken to the Area Manager for documentation purposes.
>Proactively collect leads for future business and contribute to competitive reports weekly.
>Model behaviors consistent with the Media Nation Code of Conduct and Ethics and ensure like behaviors on the part of all Human Directionals.
>In all cases, adhere to and enforce adherence to defined Media Nation Standards, Policies and Processes and outlined in the Team Manual.
>Apply specific problem-solving methodology to address issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the best possible outcome for the client and for the company.
>Assume stewardship of company resources, including human assets, materials and company-issued equipment such as signs, backpacks, bicycles, etc.
Job Specifications:
>High school diploma. Bachelor's degree a plus. Past military experience (honorable discharge) will be considered a strong plus!!
>Planning, scheduling, logistical management experience.
>Experience demonstrating and training key skills, including physical handling of Media Nation products in the field (arrow, billboard, bicycle banner, back pack).
>Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
>Strong ability to counsel and possibly terminate under-performing or non-compliant employees.
>Ability to achieve highest levels of performance and motivation with nominal direct supervision.

Guiding vehicles into wash tunnel
Following standardized procedures for operating carwash systems (will train)
Interact with customers as needed
Perform maintenance as needed, maintain a clean working environment (sweeping, taking out trash, cleaning etc.)
Working Conditions:
All work performed will be done outdoors in all types of weather
Mobility and the ability to bend, stoop and reach
Prerequisites:
No mandatory experience required
Enjoys working outdoors
Mechanically inclined and bilingual are helpful, but not required
·Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain culture revolving around customer satisfaction
·Identify and resolve customer complaints
·Achieve profit goals for the location
·Manage overall operations of the facility including equipment and computer controls
·Manage compliance of government standards
·Maintain safe environment and work experience
·Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews
